This new service allows you to check your online time and usage, make payments using your credit card or bank debit card on line and view your billing history. You can also change your password and your billing method. When you click on the link to manage your account you will be prompted for a user name and password. This user name is your DIAL-UP user name and password NOT your email address. If you do not know your dial-up logon user name and password you can call our offices during regular office hours to obtain that information. To manage your account online click on the link below. ADSL Residential* - $55.00 per month + $75.00 one time charge for modem/firewall, free professional install, “always on”, connection, multiple networked computers can connect, 1.54MB download—254 KB upload (or best effort), 5 sleekcom.com email addresses, 24/7 tech support. Phone service must be residential service. Termination within first six months of service will result in a $50.00 cancellation fee.

ADSL Commercial - $79.95 per month + $75.00 one time charge for modem/firewall, free professional install, always on connection, multiple networked computers can connect, 1.54 MB download—256 (or best effort), 5 sleekcm.com email addresses, 24/7 tech support. Termination within first six months of service will result in a $50.00 cancellation fee.

SkyWave Satellite Service - $49.95 per month + $249.95 one time charge for equipment + $150.00 professional install, hybrid connection using dial-up modem for uploads and satellite signal for downloads, 400 KB download speeds, 2 sleekcom.com email addresses, 24/7 tech support. No installation charge for self-install, however we do not provide technical support for self-install attempts. No contract required.
